Key-pal sites
A key pal is the e-mail equivalent of a pen-pal. That is, you write to each other when you have time to improve your English. Because e-mails are so informal, they have many things in common with conversational expressions and grammar. Getting a key pal can make a huge difference in your ability to express yourself in English.
This is an excellent key-pal site that connects you with people who are looking specifically for key pals in Japan. You can register in either English or Japanese.	Pen friends
