I was born on March 10, 1965 on Vancouver Island on the West Coast of British Columbia, Canada. All of my family, including my older brother Bob beside me here, still live there. It seems I'm the only one who decided to leave. I'm the one on the right, by the way. It's not surprising that my family has decided to stay on the island. It's a really beautiful place, and I recommend you go and visit there sometime! |

I'm interested in anything that is fun and enjoyable. In practice, I'm very involved in my work, so I don't have a chance to do all of the things that I would like to. In a perfect world, I would be spending a lot more time outdoors with my friends in Canada and in Japan. This photo was taken with an automatic timer during a hike to Statlieu Lake near Vancouver. Trent, Scot, Glen, Uncle Bob and I hiked for about 2 hours along this totally uncharted lake to get to the river at the end. In my mind, this typifies what being Canadian is all about. |
